FIRST DAY AT REEM...MAKING A SCARF FOR HER AUTUMN WINTER COLLECTION...

The starting point to her collection is the accessories so because I am not a knitter I have been given the duty of making scarves. All of the work is made out of scraps of fabric recycling the old and creating news garments. My colour scheme is black, grey and white binding things together with different techniques. Then I put it on the mannequin and the assistant designer gave me advice and combined both scarves which me and another intern made because they worked well together making it bigger. I thought I fit in straight away as it is very easy going, so far! I shall try and write some more in the next week but I have to fit it in around my tight and busy schedule.

  1. You are so talented and creative. Gray is a great neutral to add to the scarf. Great job!
